DataRobot and Foxtons Partner to Drive Data Transformation

London’s leading estate agency joins forces with artificial intelligence pioneer to accelerate data analytics and modeling capabilities

September 28, 2021 – Boston, MA & London, England — Foxtons, London’s leading estate agency, has partnered with AI Cloud leader, DataRobot, to accelerate its data analytics and modeling capabilities to better serve customers as well as make more strategic data-driven business decisions.

Foxtons operates a network of more than 50 offices across London. Its business model already combines top estate agency experts and market-leading technology, including a sophisticated Customer Data Platform (CDP) to match buyers and renters with properties.

Foxtons will use DataRobot’s cutting-edge platform to build, deploy, and monitor artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) models at scale to manage and optimize operational processes and customer acquisition across the group. The initial phase of the partnership will focus on building an AI-powered recommendation engine which will help surface the best properties to customers.
