Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist

The Sr. Revenue Enablement Specialist helps scale DataRobot’s go-to-market effectiveness by ensuring our customer-facing teams have the skills, tools, and insight needed to communicate the value of the DataRobot platform as the AI market evolves. This role designs and delivers enablement programs that accelerate seller readiness, strengthen field execution, and drive measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Accelerate Seller Readiness
Design and manage onboarding and ramp programs that enable new sellers to quickly reach productivity with a strong understanding of DataRobot’s value proposition.
Drive Field Excellence
Implement and operationalize sales methodologies, playbooks, and enablement programs that support DataRobot’s global go-to-market strategy.
Deliver Product & GTM Enablement
Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to create enablement programs for new product launches, GTM motions, and role-specific skill development.
Build High-Impact Enablement Content
Develop compelling training materials, sales narratives, and learning experiences that help the Revenue organization clearly communicate DataRobot’s differentiated value.
Manage Enablement Systems & Measurement
Operate and optimize the global enablement technology stack to deliver scalable learning experiences and measure program impact on seller productivity and performance.
Lead Certification Programs
Design and facilitate role-based certifications to ensure field teams confidently articulate DataRobot’s platform, solutions, and competitive differentiation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of sales processes, seller productivity, and enablement best practices
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling training content
Excellent communication, presentation, and content development skills (Google Workspace proficiency required)
Strong program management and organizational skills
Experience managing enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot or similar CMS/LMS tools)
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment
High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and execution
Ability to leverage modern AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini) to improve outcomes
Willingness to travel as needed (~30%) and support in-person enablement sessions (e.g., bootcamps, QBRs)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a revenue-facing role
Experience building or managing enablement programs that improve seller productivity or win rates
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Marketing
Interest in or exposure to AI/ML and the evolving AI technology landscape
Compensation Statement
The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $93,500 and $152,250 USD/year. This range represents the annual base salary. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on various factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
