With more than 15 years of experience in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and cloud-native security, he advises teams on building resilient ML/AI pipelines, optimizing infrastructure performance, and adopting modern DevSecOps and observability practices.

Prior to Nebius, Kabeer held architecture roles at VMware and Cisco, where he helped enterprises modernize applications and platforms using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies. At VMware, he worked on Tanzu-based platform engineering and automation to accelerate developer productivity and secure software supply chains, while at Cisco AppDynamics he led large enterprise observability and application performance initiatives for financial services customers.
