What are the standard contract terms and duration?
Our standard contract length is three years. We are committed to working with you over the long-term to embed AI DNA throughout your organization.

Does DataRobot offer any discounts?
We have built our packages to scale over three years as your value and usage increases, making sure you don’t overpay in year one. This is offered to all customers as a default.

Are there any discounts for government organizations?
We have a dedicated team that specializes in working with government organizations. Please visit our Public Sector page for more details.
4.
Are there any discounts for academic institutions?
Academic pricing may be available to qualified academic institutions through our Academic Support Program.

How can I request a quote?
Please contact us using the information here so that we can put you in touch with someone who can discuss your vision for AI success and recommend a few purchase options.

Can I request a quote or invoice in a currency other than US Dollars?
DataRobot generates all quotes in US Dollars (USD).
7.
Are there any applicable taxes?
Yes, customers must pay local and customary taxes.
Payments & Refunds

Which payment methods are accepted, and what are your payment terms?
We prefer payments through a bank wire or ACH, however, we also accept payments via check. We do not accept payments via credit card. Our standard payment terms are Net 30 unless there is a separate agreement in your contract.
9.
I am outside the United States. Will your bank transfer details work?
Yes. Bank transfers work globally. Please follow your bank’s instructions on how to complete the transfer. Please send all money in USD.
10.
After an order has been placed, how soon will I receive my license key?
You should receive your license key within 24 hours of signing an agreement with DataRobot. If you do not receive this, please reach out to your sales rep or other DataRobot contacts for more information.
11.
Can I get a refund, exchange or upgrade before the end of my contract term?
Once a contract is signed, DataRobot is committing resources to your account and you are committing to use DataRobot for the specified period of time. If you are unhappy with the product or service in any way, please reach out to your DataRobot contact to discuss. Although we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we will do everything that we can to make sure you are successful with the DataRobot product. If you need more features or functionality before the end of your contract term, please discuss that with your account rep as well.
