New role extends Hogan’s leadership to people and office operations
BOSTON, May 27, 2020 — DataRobot, the leader in enterprise AI, today announced the promotion of Natalie Hogan to Chief Administrative Officer. Hogan, who previously held the role of Chief of Staff to DataRobot CEO Jeremy Achin, will hold a number of responsibilities in this new role, including managing people and office operations.
Hogan has been with DataRobot for nearly three years. In this time, the company has grown tremendously, expanding its operations in North America and across the globe. As Chief of Staff, she had a wide range of responsibilities from supporting Achin’s day-to-day, partnering with leaders across the company, and driving major strategic initiatives.
“In today’s AI-obsessed world, DataRobot offers a real, proven approach for harnessing AI in ways that deliver true business value and that set the foundation for true innovation,” said Hogan. “Since day one, I knew DataRobot was on to something special — in addition to our incredible product, I was immediately inspired by Jeremy’s vision for a company that focuses on employee growth and development. In these challenging times, I feel more strongly than ever that our company will make an impact in the world. I am humbled to take on this role as we take the company to its next phase of growth.”
In Hogan’s expanded role, she will continue to work across leadership to ensure the company is operating in alignment with top priorities and addressing critical issues. As the lead of people operations, Hogan will help all employees be productive and happy while aligning toward the company’s mission of changing outcomes for organizations all over the world via adoption of its enterprise AI platform. She’ll also work closely with Dan Wright, DataRobot’s President and Chief Operating Officer, to oversee and direct company administrative processes and procedures.
“There’s no doubt that AI is changing the way the world works, and DataRobot’s approach is accelerating AI adoption and success across every industry and geography,” said Hilarie Koplow-McAdams, NEA Venture Partner and DataRobot Board of Director member. “In the time that I’ve known her, Natalie has made a tremendous impact on the trajectory and hyper-growth of DataRobot and its mission to solve problems with AI. I’m thrilled she’s taking on even more responsibilities with this new role.”
